At TRACOM we strongly believe in giving back to the community, and to demonstrate our community engagement, in 2014 we formalized the TRACOM Cares Program. The goal of TRACOM Cares is to have a positive impact on non-profit and academic efforts by equipping non-profit employees, volunteers, students and those working in academia, with the necessary Social Intelligence skills to be successful. Earlier this year, TRACOM asked for people to participate in research about individual and organizational agility. In appreciation of that help, we made contributions to charities selected by participants. We are proud to profile two of the organizations that received these cash awards:
The first TRACOM Cares contest winner is the American Cancer Society. “For over 100 years, the American Cancer Society (ACS) has worked relentlessly to save lives and create a world with less cancer. Together with millions of our supporters worldwide, we help people stay well and get well, find cures, and fight back against cancer.”
The second donation recipient was given to 9Marks and more specifically, the “Bring 44 International Pastors” project. It is a project to bring international pastors to the US for better training that they otherwise would not have access to.
At TRACOM, our objective is to have a positive impact on non-profit efforts through Social Intelligence skills to be successful. We understand that non-profit organizations often find it challenging to fund these programs. To learn more about discounts offered to non-profits or about the TRACOM Cares program click here.
