Proper Use of Intellectual Property and Display of TRACOM Trademarks

Intellectual Property Restrictions

  • Clients are required to enter into a master service agreement with TRACOM prior to the use of any TRACOM programs or content, that includes instruments, associated models, reports and applications.
  • Client may not provide training programs that include TRACOM instrument, associated models, reports and applications to train more individuals, than those for which trainee fees have been paid.
  • Client modifications to TRACOM programs, models and other content requires the review and approval by TRACOM in advance of use.
  • All TRACOM Programs using multi-rater assessments must be delivered to the trainee by individuals certified by TRACOM in the instrument, associated model, reports and applications.
  • No part of any TRACOM programs, associated models, reports and applications may be reproduced, transmitted or stored in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, without prior written permission from The TRACOM Corporation.
SOCIAL STYLE®

  • SOCIAL STYLE® can be written in all capital letters or as Social Style®. When used in the plural, it is written as SOCIAL STYLEs.
  • ‘Style’ when used alone requires a capital “S” only.
  • SOCIAL STYLE requires a registered trademark (®) in the first instance.
  • Never refer to the Styles as Drivings, Expressives, Amiables and Analyticals.  Always refer to them as Driving Style, Expressive Style, Amiable Style, and Analytical Style.
  • SOCIAL STYLE Model requires a trademark (™) in the first instance.
  • All course names are ™ only for the first instance.
  • The Creator of SOCIAL STYLE® requires a registered trademark (®).

Behavioral EQ®

  • Behavioral EQ® should be used in all references, do not abbreviate as ‘BEQ’.
  • Behavioral EQ® requires a registered trademark (®) in the first instance.
  • Putting Emotional Intelligence to Work® requires a registered trademark (®) in the first instance.
  • All course names require a trademark (™) in the first instance.
  • Behavioral EQ Model™ requires a trademark (™) in the first instance.

  • Adaptive Mindset® requires a registered trademark (®) in first instance.

  • All Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency® course names require a trademark (™) in the first instance.
  • Adaptive Mindset for Agility® requires a registered trademark (®) in first instance.
  • Unlocking Personal Agility® requires a registered trademark (®) in the first instance.
