These interactive classes are great for individuals or small teams. Building Adaptability is a 3-hour, web-based class that includes the powerful Adaptive Mindset Multi-rater Assessment and Profile Report.
Take an eLearning course at your convenience, utilizing either the self-perception or multi-rater profile. These OnDemand programs also include access to Resilience Navigator for ongoing skill development.
TRACOM can provide an instructor to deliver any of our Adaptive Mindset programs either virtually or in-person. Our instructors are all certified and have experience delivering our training programs all across the world.
TRACOM’s Certification Program prepares your own facilitators to deliver Adaptive Mindset training to your learners. Certification can be achieved in as little as four weeks including the pre-work, the Adaptive Mindset Assessment & Profile Report and a web-based preparation session. Upon qualification, a Certified Instructor receives their digital badge and can then deliver TRACOM courses.
