THE REAL FACES OF SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE
The TRACOM Group went on a client road tour this past year to collect the stories, successes and insights of our clients. The video stories collected include personal and professional anecdotes of how Social Intelligence programs — SOCIAL STYLE, Behavioral EQ, Resilience and Agility — have impacted the lives, careers and organizations of those who have applied the knowledge and skills gained through training. These stories were not scripted – each person who contributed shared their perspectives because they have experienced the benefits of improved Social Intelligence personally. Thank you to our clients and associates for sharing their successes!
TRACOM CEO David Collins and two customers discuss the impact SOCIAL STYLE has in the workplace in a series of 2-minute videos.
“We put together, a leadership program with an emphasis on our store managers and my leadership team at the corporate level on how to better communicate with the people that work for them. We’ve seen huge improvements in employee engagement. That’s most definitely because of the Social Style training that the management team has done.”
Sam Ewing – President of Sterling Pharmacy
“We’re all far more predictable than most of us realize and what social style really is all about is understanding what those predictable patterns are. Many of us go through the world thinking that everybody else wants to be treated exactly the way we do, but the power of SOCIAL STYLE is realizing that people are different. When I understand my Style is different than your Style we’re able to communicate better together. It helps things like engagement, coaching your employees, it helps sales. It’s absolutely one of the foundational skills that people need to have today.”
David Collins – TRACOM CEO
“Learning about my Style has helped me gain a better understanding of how I like to communicate. And it’s, it’s helped me quite honestly become less frustrated communicating with other people. We’re using it as part of a leadership development package. We call it learning to lead. SOCIAL STYLE is the first two modules of that program. It’s rewarding as a facilitator to see people learning the information and having these light bulb moments. You can see it in people’s faces.”
