Luke Ross

SPEAKER.

Luke has delivered multiple keynote presentations and programs in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore Hong Kong, Dubai, Los Angeles, New York and Vancouver. He has been a guest lecturer at GE’s prestigious Leadership University in Crotonville NY, featured on talkback radio and is a requested keynote speaker for industry events. He has delivered multiple leadership development programs for Latitude Financial, Sensis, GE and McDonald’s Australia.

FACILITATOR.

Luke is different to your normal facilitator in that he has spent most of his working career employed by large global organizations most recently as the Capability Development Director for GE Capital and GE’s Global Growth Organization. This means that he understands the dynamics of large organizations and knows how to help people thrive in them.

His facilitation is based on first hand experience and grounded in the most recent developments in Social and Organizational Psychology. He is best described as an internal consultant who speaks with independence but uses the internal language so that he has relevance and cut through. His style is relaxed, humorous but very insightful. Not afraid to challenge thinking his audiences leave thinking, laughing, and changed.

Luke has coached and developed multiple senior leaders and to date he has trained over 5000 people in TRACOM Programs. His experience covers, professional and financial services, industrial, manufacturing, advertising and military. He is the Master Trainer for TRACOM in Asia Pacific and has a wide variety of trainer certifications.
