In 2020, TRACOM released a major new version of the SOCIAL STYLE Assessment and The SOCIAL STYLE Profile. This change significantly improves how the assessment measures both SOCIAL STYLE and Versatility. It also includes major additions to the SOCIAL STYLE Profile including greater information on a person’s Versatility and practical strategies for improving individual performance.
Unlike personality tests such as DiSC or Myers-Briggs, SOCIAL STYLE is a behavior-based model. It looks at each person’s preferred behaviors and teaches practical ways to improve how you work with anyone. Because of this focus on behavior, the concepts quickly translate into workplace impact. That’s true for individual employees, team leaders and senior leaders.
Every SOCIAL STYLE course includes either a Self-Perception assessment or the powerful Multi-Rater version. The Multi-Rater version addresses both our self-perception bias and exposes areas where others see us differently than we see ourselves. Learners answer questions about themselves and invite others to provide feedback. The Profile includes powerful Versatility strategies about how to improve their interactions with others.
In this video, Luke Ross, managing director or the Social Intelligence Group discusses the new SOCIAL STYLE Assessment and the SOCIAL STYLE Profile. The Social Intelligence Group is TRACOM’s premier partner in Australia and works with leading organizations throughout Australia and Asia. Ross shares what he believes makes this update so great and speaks in-depth about the changes to the Versatility report.
“They’re not self-awareness programs, they’re practical skills programs that show people how to earn the support and respect of those people they work with.” -Luke Ross
