Training During COVID-19

Humanity Is Shining Bright Once Again

Everyone is affected. Everyone is concerned. So many of us are staying at home. In a time of such uncertainty, disruption and fear, it’s been refreshing to see how many of us have suddenly started to once again become more human. I’ve had dozens of Zoom meetings with our employees, clients and partners in the last several days and have gotten to know people in ways I could not have conceived of just two weeks ago.

I have been invited, virtually, into the living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens of so many people. I have met their pets as they barked at the door, their children as they played close by their parents’ new home workspaces, and gotten a peek at loved ones as they headed to the kitchen to get a snack. For the first time in a long time, we’re all slowing down to talk to one another, to listen and share our stories, and to build more meaningful relationships.

TRACOM was created decades ago to help people interact more effectively with others, and during these difficult times we intend to continue to fulfill our mission—even as we’re told to stay away from others.  While necessary, this forced isolation is difficult for many people. We’re social creatures who seek out and benefit from interactions, so many of us are looking for alternative ways to interact with one another.

Fortunately, TRACOM was prepared to act quickly when COVID-19 hit. We executed our business continuity plan earlier this month and we’re open for business, adjusting as the situation evolves. We’re trying to step up our social contact with others—for the most part from home offices just like you—to provide personal development opportunities and take care of our clients.

All you have to do is purchase the facilitator guide for the program you’d like to teach and sign up for the free virtual certification session and we will take care of the rest.
  • Free program showcases are available on an ongoing basis. This is a way for you to see our virtual training in action and learn new skills in the areas of Resilience, Agility, Emotional Intelligence, and SOCIAL STYLE.

We provide virtual-ready versions for all our Social Intelligence programs and work with a large number of clients who are delivering virtual training every day, even in this environment. Putting Our Resilience Training to Work for You

We have been contacted by several of our clients in the last few days asking how our Resilience training can help their employees work through this time of disruption. These conversations made us realize that we have so much we can give back.  So we put our expert team to work and they have created a special virtual version of our resilience training that directly addresses the changes we are facing with the COVID-19 situation.

This 90-minute virtual training program provides your people with a needed dose of Resilience, specifically designed to help during the current challenges and move your business closer to recovery. The program is full of practical response strategies to help people cope with all the disruption. It’s virtual, so you can participate from wherever your office might be located these days!

As part of our TRACOM Cares initiative, we’re offering this course at a greatly reduced cost during a time when your people need this training the most, but it might not be a budgeted priority for you.
