I’ve had the same TRACOM Associate for over a decade and she’s been a fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about the program, and really good at following up right away with anything I need. She has helped me become a better facilitator by hooking me up with people and courses that educate me to a higher level, so I can teach the courses better.
