“This is a time of immense change and transition. I think a lot of people have the mindset that as soon as this is over, everything is going to go back to the way it was and we’ll be fine. I don’t think that is quite the right way to conceptualize this…I think we’ve learned a lot of new things and we’ve experienced a lot of things that’s going to change us in the future. And I think in many ways it can change us for the better.”
