The TRACOM Group – The Social Intelligence Company – a leading provider of workplace soft-skills and Social Intelligence programs, is pleased to welcome new hire Clay Pernell to the Client Success Team. He will support TRACOM’s client relationships as Vice President of Strategic Accounts.
In this role, Clay will be tasked with developing existing relationships with key stakeholders, strengthening industry partnerships, providing strategic planning support for accounts, and growing new client opportunity and revenue.
Clay Pernell is an accomplished veteran in the corporate education and training space with over 25 years in sales, leadership and business development roles. He was previously Head of Sales for the Center for Leadership Studies and prior to that held the role of Vice President of Sales and Business Development for ASPE Training, where he led the sales and revenue efforts of these companies in the technical training and leadership training sectors. In addition, he directed the sales efforts of global corporate research and education-sector firm, Thomson Reuters. In these roles Clay worked with clients across a broad spectrum of verticals within the Fortune 500 on a global scale. In building partnerships with clients, Clay embodies a true commitment to serving others and will continue to drive these values in work with TRACOM.

Clay is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration. When not regularly traveling to meet current and potential clients or working from TRACOM’s Denver office, Clay lives in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area with his wife, three daughters and his sidekick pup, a Poochin named Piper.
