TRACOM Group Announces New Hire Jason Kiesau as Director of Client Partnerships

October 1, 2019 – Denver, CO – TRACOM is pleased to announce new hire Jason Kiesau is joining the TRACOM team as the Director of Client Partnerships.  Jason will support growth of TRACOM’s client relationships to build partnership and mutual benefit for new and existing clients. He will also lead Program Showcase events and Certifications as a Master Certified instructor.

In his former role as the Leadership and Talent Development Manager for Oasis, A Paychex Company (formerly Aureon HR) Jason supported leaders and managers throughout the US to enhance their emotional, behavioral and leadership intelligence.  Prior to Oasis, Jason has been a professional within the interpersonal and leadership development industry for over 18 years. Including roles as a business coach, business owner, diversity trainer, speaker, author, and leadership and talent development manager.

Jason Kiesau was certified in SOCIAL STYLE prior to working for TRACOM and has marketed, sold, facilitated and developed course materials using Social Intelligence programs for over 7 years. During his tenure at Aureon, Jason co-authored (with John Myers) Leading with Style for Senior Living Professionals, a book addressing the needs of diverse professionals working with senior populations across industry spectrums. In 2015 Jason authored the book Focused – Your Future Starts Now to help younger generations of people entering the workforce understand the impact their behavior has on early success. Jason is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council – an invitation only community for leading business and career coaches – where he has authored several articles.

Jason’s successful history of facilitating Social Intelligence training, along with being a TRACOM client and advocate positions him well to support sales, client onboarding and ongoing relationships with clients as a sales executive, speaker, trainer, and mentor.

Jason lives in Urbandale, Iowa working remotely from his home office when not traveling to meet with potential new clients or working from our Denver office. In his personal time, Jason focuses on developing strong relationships with his children and community or cheering on his favorite team the Minnesota Vikings.
