John R. Myers – Chairman of Board and Executive Vice President 

With more than 30 years in training and human resource management, John is an expert in leadership and management development, sales force effectiveness, organization development, global training and human resources issues. He has been involved with the research and development of numerous TRACOM programs including SOCIAL STYLE and Versatility, the Behavioral EQ Model,  and leadership and interpersonal 360 assessments. A global learning leader, John has conducted sessions with organizations in North America, Australia, Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Japan, Korea and China. He is the author of The Versatility Factor and The Ah Ha’s of Effective Relationships, both available from Amazon, and numerous published books, articles and studies. Learn more

David Collins – President and Chief Executive Officer

With more than 25 years in training and human resources experience, David has helped hundreds of organizations improve their performance.  His experience includes the creation and sales of training and development tools, recruitment and selection systems, e-learning platforms, custom training solutions, 360s and assessments, and complete learning management systems.  Since 2003, David has managed the expansion of TRACOM’s product offerings including new courses and guides to apply SOCIAL STYLE.  He has successfully led sales efforts for packaged products and custom solutions, and has worked with fast-growing companies such as LearningByte International and ePredix. Michael New – Chief Financial Officer

Michael joined The TRACOM Group in 2001 to oversee the company’s accounting and finance functions. His training and consulting industry experience includes several positions at ARC International, an international training and consulting firm, most recently as worldwide group controller. Michael’s accounting background includes financial and tax practice for local accounting firms and audit practice with Grant Thornton, an international accounting firm. He holds degrees from the University of Florida and the University of South Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Casey Mulqueen, Ph.D. – Senior Director of Learning & Development

Casey Mulqueen oversees the research and development of TRACOM’s various assessment instruments and products. He has experience developing a wide variety of assessments such as personality inventories, 360-degree feedback programs, performance appraisal systems, and employee opinion surveys. His expertise in cross-cultural assessment and norming has helped ensure that TRACOM’s global surveys are valid and reliable throughout the world. He is a writer who has authored a variety of materials including books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed journal articles. Casey has an M.S. in clinical psychology and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology. Learn more

Kathy Olson – Director of Operations

Kathy became responsible for TRACOM customer satisfaction and loyalty, product fulfillment, and system support and development in 2001. Kathy was a 17-year veteran of Nordstrom, Inc. where she held a number of key positions and developed business strategy, as well as managed people to become market leaders in achieving world-class customer satisfaction. A native of Seattle, Kathy is a graduate of the University of Washington.

Dan Day – Director of Global Markets

In his role as Director of Global Markets for TRACOM, Dan is responsible for helping audiences around the world understand and implement learning solutions designed to change individual behaviors that drive organizational change. He is the author of Brandtender Marketing and Engage Your Valued Customers, as well as numerous articles for national publications. Dan was on the executive team at BI Worldwide when the company won the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for organizational performance excellence, presented by the U.S. President. He has also served as a founding partner of The People Difference, an agency focused on learning and development. Learn more

Mark Beede – Director of Information Services

Mark joined TRACOM in 2006 as a member of the software development team and was later promoted to Director of Information Services. In this role Mark oversees all of the company’s IT services, hardware, software, and development initiatives. Mark has been a software developer and project leader for over 20 years, working on, and managing projects for high-profile companies including King Soopers, Richmond American Homes and Denver VA. A native of Colorado, he has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
